Manor Park, Histon

Project Overview:
This project involved the conversion of a bungalow into a two-storey house in Histon, Cambridge. 

The primary goal was to add two children’s 

bedrooms, a master bedroom with an ensuite, a new family bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, a downstairs toilet, and a utility room, alongside a full renovation of the property. 

The work aimed to maximize space and create a modern, functional home that met the growing needs of a family, while maintaining a thoughtful balance between expanding the existing structure and preserving the bungalow’s original character.

The project took place in a residential 

neighborhood, and special attention was given to ensuring that the conversion blended seamlessly with the surrounding properties, both in terms of design and scale. 

The work was completed with a focus on high-quality craftsmanship, sustainable practices, and modern amenities.
It’s goes without saying that the family are thrilled with the work and is now their forever home for their family.
