2. Two-Storey Extension:

         •       Layout & Design: The upper floor features additional bedrooms and a main bathroom, designed from the customers ideas from staying away in a nice hotel.

         •       Materials: The exterior consisted of high-quality, locally sourced brickwork. The clean-cut design was reflected in the angular rooflines and large windows that allow plenty of natural light into each room.

         •       Personal Touches: The interior was finished with lovely oak plank and herring bone flooring, high-end fixtures, and custom-built shelving. The choice of colour scheme was light, fresh, and 

contemporary, with a combination of greys, whites, and warm wooden tones for a clean, crisp finish. 

Accent lighting was carefully placed throughout to create ambiance.

3. Loft Conversion:

The loft conversion was a transformative project, converting an unused attic space into a fully functional living area that maximizes the home’s potential. This space combines contemporary design with the charm of the existing structure.

         •       Layout & Design: The loft was transformed into a spacious kids bedroom. Two pitched dormers were added to increase headspace and provide stunning views of the surrounding area.

         •       Materials: The conversion used a mix of traditional timber framing and modern materials such as zinc cladding, creating a harmonious blend of old and new. 

         •       Personal Touches: The interior featured a dark blue to imitate space for the children to add planets and stars as desired.
